When do you pack up the decorations or your equipment

Generally we pack and pick up the next day (excludingt Sundays and public holidays), however this is sometimes decided by the venue, based on their business needs, If we are required to come in and complete a late night, or Sunday pack up, then this will require you to pay a surcharge on these services. We are happy to work around all timing needs.

Some items got broken or went missing, what happens?

All items missing or damaged will need to be paid for and this amount will be debited from your credit card as per our term and conditions, we do however base this on a case by case basis, and it may not be as bad as you think, let us know and we will sort it out together.
