My Expertise resides in Weight/Resistance Training and Boxing also have a vast knowledge on core strengthening. On top of this my main focus is to deliver perfect technique for each exercise to achieve greater results for Toned/sculpted bodies! However I will now explain how I got involved in the Fitness Industry to begin with. I started in “Martial arts” the art of Wing Chun I did this for 6 years whilst doing this as part of my year 12 subjects I commenced a Certificate III in sports coaching. Then went on to do a Double dual diploma in Sports Development. I have been involved in Weight Training now for over 3 years and I train only to deliver perfect technique for each exercise however correct form is crucial to what you achieve in the gym to get maximum results but also in order to not cause injury! I was shocked to find out there are so many people out there that give you the wrong advice which ultimately leads to injury. Also I have been doing Ballroom & Latin Dancing for over 5 years now. So my goal and passion in a nutshell is to give back to people that need the help, and in the process help them to create healthy toned/sculpted bodies by achieving their goals whilst training safe, correctly and injury free!
