"Dear Glenn, It is remiss of me not to have written earlier to thank you for your wonderful hospitality and generosity when we visited your restaurant during the week after Easter. This is not a measure of our lack of gratitude, but just a measure of my lack of organisation and prioritisation of the important things. Brigid and I hardly ever get to go out together anymore. Living in Brisbane without surrounding family, it was a real treat to leave the kids with the extended family in Sydney and get out for the night. Catching a bus to and fro was another good move as it allowed us to enjoy your wines. That Tassie Pinot Blanc was brilliant with the Scallops and Kevin Farrell's desert wine was like drinking honey. Your seafood was heavenly, overall the best seafood meal we have ever eaten. What more can I say! We really enjoyed our night out and it was great to catch up with you.
