Can a Fast Hot Water plumber tell me exactly how much a plumbing job will cost me?
In our years of experience, we have found that our customers prefer an accurate upfront price based on their exact plumbing problem. Most phone quotes are subject to change once the service technician sees the job. We don't think that is fair to you. By allowing us to diagnose your plumbing problem in person, you will know exactly what it will take to get the job done and you’ll be able to trust your Fast Hot Water Plumber in Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide.
What is the difference between hard water and soft water?
Parts of the Australia have what is commonly referred to as "hard water," and people who live in these areas battle the problems that hard water creates. The most common defence against hard water, which is a nuisance but not a health hazard, is to install a home water softener. Water softening involves exchanging calcium and magnesium minerals present in the water – which cause the hardness – with sodium. As the water softener processes gallon after gallon of hard water on a daily basis, the treatment capability of the softener becomes depleted and must be recharged or regenerated.
Are instant boiling water systems safe?
Instant boiling water systems deliver boiling water from a tap installed over your sink. These systems make waiting for the kettle to boil a thing of the past. All systems will have a safety locking mechanism, either a safety lock button or the need to use two adult fingers to operate the system.
What are some of the advantages to installing a gas hot water system?
• Gas hot water systems are environmentally friendly. Natural gas burns much less CO2 to heat the water than electricity. Electric systems can burn as much CO2 as an average sized car.• Gas burns very hot and very little heat is wasted making the system very energy efficient• Running costs are less for gas systems than for electric. • Gas systems heat the water up fast. No more waiting around for the water to heat to finish the showers in the evening.
