How Long Does it take to get my order?
For Australian Customers : Turn Around is normally 3 days - 7 business days. PLEASE NOTE : The exception of this is during high volume/peak times mid-November through to April in this case please allow 1-2 weeks. If you need your swimmers for a certain date for example a birthday, swimming carnival or you are completely desperate for new swimmers please call us first on (02)46481098 or 0438674672 to see what we have in stock & also make a note of this in the "customer comments" section when ordering. We will do our best to get them you ASAP. If we don't know we can't help you. For International Customers: Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of you swimmers.
How much is Postage (Shipping)?
For Australian customers all orders are sent Australia Post - Express Post Satchels. Cost for up to 4 pairs (500g) = $9.20 Cost for 4-10 pairs (possibly 12) (up to 3kg) = $12.50 For International Customers all orders are sent Australia Post - Air Mail International in either tough bag or bubble bags. Cost for up to 3 pairs (maybe 4 pairs) = $15.00
Where can i find my express post tracking number?
For express post parcels - When your order is complete and been posted out, you will be emailed a confirmation of order complete. This will have your: ORDER ID #: 011 ORDER DATE: 05-05-2005 TRACKING NUMBER: 1_________ You can then go to http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ enter your tracking number and trace your parcel. Please note you must wait at least 12-24hours before any tracking information is posted to the Australia Post website. N.B: Regular Post does not have a tracking number.
Where do we Ship?
Slix Australia ships world wide. If you do not see your country below you can contact us. In Australia: We use Australia Post Express or Fastways with tracking. In New Zealand: We use DHL wtih Tracking. All other areas have International Parcel Post.
Tracking My Parcel
You can track your parcel by logging into your account(sign in is located just under our Slix Logo) and searching for your order which will have a tracking number assigned to it when your order is processed.
