How can i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both Swimwear Galore and Australia Air Express containing a link to to track your order on the Australian Air Express website, so you can track your order's progress right to your doorstep! If you are a member, you can track the progress of your order from start to finish by logging into your account and clicking "Order Tracking". This will track your orders progress until it has been dispatched through our warehouse and from there you can track the delivery of your parcel through the Australia Air Express website.
What are your postage costs?
All Australian orders are sent by Australian Air Express next day delivery from dispatch and you can track your order right to your doorstep! PLEASE NOTE: Guaranteed next day delivery is for most of Australia. If you live in a remote area, please CLICK HERE to calculate your exact delivery time. All Australian orders over $150.00 are FREE! All orders under $150.00 are charged a $10.00 flat rate, regardless of how many items you order. Gift Vouchers are sent via Express post and charged at $4.50 to send.
How long do online orders take to receive?
We offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY for all Australian orders from dispatch to metro areas. Please note: Rural areas could take 2-5 days. More often than not orders are dispatched within 1 working day however please allow 2-7 working days for order processing in case we need to order stock in from our suppliers or stores.
Can I return items that I bought online at one of your stores?
Of course! Please remember to bring your internet order receipt as proof or purchase is required. All stores are able to process an exchange at store level however all refunds are processed at head office, not at store level and will take between 2-3 business days to be processed.
What are your exchange and refund policies?
